If you have dental insurance we will assist you in completing and submitting claims to your carrier. We will provide you with an estimate of your insurance coverage and benefits.
Estimates are not a guarantee of payment, as determination of benefits is the sole responsibility of your insurance carrier.
Estimated portions are due at the time of service. Any remaining balance after 90 days is the responsibility of the patient/account holder. This includes any outstanding insurance.
Any questions concerning insurance coverage and/or payments should be handled directly between the patient and the carrier.
If you have any questions about your insurance, present them and we will do our best to resolve them. We will do everything that we can to maximize your insurance benefits for you. However, you must understand that you are ultimately responsible for your account. |
